We offer a great variety of group exercise classes including the likes of Legs, Bums and Tums, Aerobics and Conditioning, Body Tone and Pilates. However we also have on offer some the latest and most exciting classes which really let your hair down, such as Rhythm and Groove, Street Dance, Pole Fitness and Wing Tsun.
Whether you're looking to release some tension or become the next Mike Tyson, you can practice your boxing skills at our very own Boxing Studio. Our studio comes equipped with the latest Lonsdale punching bags, a floor to ceiling ball, a speed ball, a sturdy wall mounted upper cut pad along with other equipment. A 3 minute timer is mounted to the wall to help you structure your workout.
