What we offer

Studio 1:
Our recently refurbished studio fosters a very ambient atmosphere with a beautiful brand new wooden sprung floor and mood lighting to make exercising a very pleasurable experience. We have also fitted glass bricks in place of the old wall to keep the place looking nothing short of amazing.

Studio 2:
This is our very popular Pole Fitness room. This fabulous room has had a new sound system installed and fosters the ambience of a mini nightclub. It really has to be seen to be believed!

Changing Rooms:
Over £45,000 has been spent on refurbishing both male and female changing rooms to keep them looking ultra modern. For the ladies, we have even gone that little step further and installed pink GHD hair straighteners to ensure you always look like you’ve just come out of a salon. 

Ladies only Gym:
For all you ladies wanting to get in shape feel free to check out our exclusive women’s only area. Our mezzanine floor comes fully equipped with cardio equipment, a selection of resistance machines, free weights as well as an abs and stretch area. The best part about it is that it overlooks the main cardio area giving you the perfect opportunity to check out the talent below while retaining your own privacy…

Cardio:
We have received a number of awards for our cardiovascular equipment. Our state of the art startreck treadmills and cybex arc trainers let you run your little heart out.

Resistance and Free Weights:
Unsurprisingly, we have one of the best selections of resistance machines and free weights in the country. Our award winning body builders can vouch for us when we say that we have been praised for offering the most complete range of Hammer Strength resistance machines as well as free weights and power lifting weights.  

Tanning Beds:
If you’re feeling a bit pasty why not come down and get a bit of tan with our Megasun Ultrapower 6800 lie down sunbed? This exceptionally comfortable, futuristic looking bed is sure to provide a relaxing tanning experience and keep you looking like you’ve just returned from the Caribbean!

Sauna and Steam Room:
After a strenuous workout feel free to relax your muscles, ease tension and unwind in our tropical themed sauna and steam room.
